Before starting the WA Farm Shop, Derek ran a successful telecommunications business (Total Access Australia) for 15 years, managing remote and suburban projects all over Western Australia. Prior to that, he was a fencing contractor so really prides himself on being able to package all your fencing requirements into one.

Originally from the UK and with equestrian background, Kate has many years of experience in marketing, PR and business administration. She is really enjoying spending time on the shop floor, as well as looking after the marketing and accounts side of the business.

Roy brings a great depth of knowledge and experience in rural retail supplies having worked with rural independents in the Great Southern Region for 20 years. He and his wife have recently settled in the Midland area and he still has active interest in the farming industry.

Bonnie was brought up in New Zealand from a farming background of dairy, pigs and sheep. Her Dad taught her to fence and drive a tractor before she could drive a car! Bonnie has extensive sales experience and enjoys learning new technology to make life’s tasks a bit easier. After the Wooroloo fires, she spent many hours volunteering for Blaze Aid.
